13 Pitmasters BBQ Sauce

The yard bird has only 1 rule, Don't let it get dry.
I like to use boneless thighs. I think they retain moisture better than breasts or maybe I'm just a leg man, I don't know. Either way, I have not noticed a major difference marinading chicken thighs more than 30 minutes. I have been using the same marinade for 2 decades, honey, lemon juice, ginger and garlic. Next, onto the grill with low heat. Try to keep the temp 300 degrees or less. A little 13 Pitmasters BBQ Sauce on the side won't hurt.
