My favorite sliders start with a good beef brisket or beef ribs. The brisket should be slowly smoked with simple seasoning. I prefer montreal seasoning, kosher salt and marinade in worcestershire with peppers, onions and garlic. The bread is the most underestimated part of a good slider. I always go with potato or Hawaiian roll. In addition, grillin a sweet fruit such as peach or pineapple are a perfect compliment to beef sliders. Add smoked gouda cheese, peppers, onions and don't forget to top it off with 13 Pitmasters BBQ Sauce.
